1. Our products
Everything in our workshop-wear line is handmade to order by local seamstresses here in the Carolinas. Your piece is sewn for you after you order it. These are not warehouse goods, and no two are exactly alike.
2. Production & delivery times
Orders join the production schedule once they are paid in full, and are made in the order they were received: first in, first out. Build times vary with the season and any delivery date we mention is an estimate, not a promise. Sewing at this level is a craft; handmade items take the time they take, and we won't rush them.
3. Sizing
Our garments come in standard sizes with a published sizing chart on each product page. They are generously cut and run large, so most customers should order one size down from their usual. Please measure carefully against the chart before ordering; you are responsible for choosing your size. If you're between sizes or unsure, get in touch before you order and we'll help.
4. Materials & colors
We reserve the right to substitute any fabric, button or trim with one of equal quality when supplies require it. Colors can vary slightly between dye lots, and between the photographs on your screen and the finished cloth.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details. Your order enters production once payment has cleared in full.
6. Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number of garments in your order. Current rates are on our shipping page. We ship within the United States; for any other destination, please contact us for approval before ordering. Once a parcel is with the carrier we'll share tracking, and while we aren't responsible for carrier delays or losses, we will always help you chase a wayward package.
7. If something isn't right
Please inspect your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem within 7 days of delivery. If the fault is ours, we will make it right by repairing, remaking or replacing it, given reasonable time to do so. After 7 days we can't promise to alter, remake or change your purchase.
8. Returns & exchanges
Standard-size items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. The details, including the restocking fee and the rules for special-edition pieces, are in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
9. Changes to these terms
