Kringle Toy Company ("we", "us") runs the store at kringletoy.co. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, and what we do, and don't do, with it.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect what's needed to make and ship your order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you bought (including choices like size and color). If you write to us through the contact page, we keep your message so we can reply.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their secure checkout. Your card number never touches our servers and we cannot see it. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment itself; we receive only confirmation that you paid, and the last digits of the card for your receipt.
We send transactional email only: order confirmations, shipping notices and replies to your messages. We don't send marketing email unless you've explicitly asked for it, and we never share your address with anyone for their marketing.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep your cart and your sign-in working. We run no advertising trackers and no analytics that identify you.
Who we share data with
Only the services it takes to run the store: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (name and address, to deliver your parcel), our email provider (to send you the emails above) and Cloudflare (which sits in front of our site for security). We never sell, rent or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted (except what we must keep for completed orders by law). Write to [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
