Exchanges & returns within 30 days
Any standard-size item may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange it properly.
Size exchanges
Exchanging for a different size carries no restocking fee. We want the fit to be right. You cover the shipping back to us; we cover the shipping of your replacement to you. Before ordering, remember our garments run large: check the sizing chart and consider ordering one size down from your usual.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the item, less a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the return is due to a fault of ours.
Faults and our mistakes
If your order arrives damaged, flawed or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you: repair, remake or replace, including shipping both ways.
Special editions & custom pieces
Special-edition and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where the fault is ours.
